All of our custom buckles are handmade and made to order. Depending on the time of year that you order, our production time may vary depending on the amount of buckles that we have in the pipeline.
Once you have approved your artwork, and your order has moved into our production lineup, we will go ahead and provide you with a rough estimate as to when it should be completed.
Once your order has been placed, our design team will generate a graphic blueprint for each custom buckle you order.
Seeing that built directly off this blueprint, it is important to ensure that everything from spelling, stone color, wording, and figure is 100% correct and to your liking as once it goes into production we can no longer make any changes. However, we will only move something into production once we have your 100% final approval.
Yes! If there is a certain event date you need your buckle by, please contact us beforehand, or note it on the special instructions. Our team will go ahead and reach out to you and let you know how to move forward.
Yes! Since everything is hand-crafted and completely custom to you, we can certainly add your logo/ranch brand to any one of our buckles.
When customizing your buckle, you will have the option to upload for custom logo/ranch brand.
